Sonira Realty is a Surat land developer working across residential, commercial and industrial property. We acquire land, prepare it properly and bring it to market with Surat's most trusted builders.

The company began in 2011 with a single parcel outside Surat that three other buyers had passed on because the access road was unmade. We bought it, built the road, and sold the plots at a multiple. The lesson stuck: the constraint everyone else sees as a reason to walk away is usually the reason the price is low.

Every parcel still goes through the same screen — title, access, topography, demand — before anyone talks about design. We would rather lose a deal at stage one than discover a problem at stage four.
