A site visit is your best chance to test a project against its marketing. Ask the same questions on every visit and write the answers down, so you can compare projects fairly afterwards.

About the land and approvals

  • What is the RERA registration number and its validity date?
  • Is the title clear, and can I see the title search report?
  • Are all the approvals in place for the phase I am buying?

About the home

  • What is the carpet area, not the super built-up area?
  • Which direction does the unit face, and what will block the view later?
  • What exactly is included in the price, and what is extra?

About delivery and living

  • What is the possession date registered with RERA?
  • Which earlier projects has the developer delivered, and on time?
  • What will the monthly maintenance be, and who manages the society?
A good sales team is glad to answer every question on this list. A hesitant one has answered it already.

Book a visit with us and we will walk you through the answers for any project we market, with the documents in hand.
